Honest answers to

That's the most common thing we hear. Usually it comes down to one of three things: the list wasn't right, the messaging didn't land, or the wrong channel was used. We try to fix all three: building the list ourselves, writing copy around your actual offer, and testing channels one at a time so we know what's producing results.
That depends on how much of the process you want us involved in. If you choose Tier 4 (BANT Qualified), the lead has already confirmed budget, authority, need, and timeline. From there it's down to your sales process. If you want us involved through to close, we offer a revenue partnership — 10% of what actually closes, nothing upfront.
Here's what it covers: two weeks of ICP research, building your 1,000-person prospect list by hand, setting up LinkedIn and email infrastructure, writing messaging for all three channels, and configuring your CRM. Done separately, you'd pay considerably more. The setup fee is the cost of doing the groundwork properly.
Completely fair. If you don't have a clear offer or haven't defined who you're selling to, outbound creates noise you can't do anything with. It's better to wait. Come back when you're clear on your ICP and have someone to take the meetings. We'll still be here.
